Privacy and confidentiality rule
Renganura is a justice-assistance tool, not a permanent case-storage system. For data privacy and confidentiality, Renganura does not keep case information permanently. Users and service providers must print, download or export what they need, then delete the matter. If a matter is not deleted manually, the system deletes it automatically within 24 hours. To reopen a matter, the user can reload or upload the saved case file again.
